The process and conditions for cancelling accommodation bookings at PG Ghar.
At PG Ghar, we understand that plans may change. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking Cancellation
Guests may request a cancellation by contacting PG Ghar through phone or any other officially communicated method. A request is considered received only after acknowledgement by PG Ghar.
3. Cancellation Before Check-in
Please inform us as early as possible. Refund availability will depend on the booking terms agreed at the time of reservation, the stage of the booking process, any applicable administrative charges, and other conditions communicated during booking. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
4. Cancellation After Check-in
If a resident decides to vacate after check-in, any refund or adjustment will be subject to the agreed booking terms, notice period (if applicable), outstanding dues, accommodation inspection, and any applicable deductions.
5. Cancellation by PG Ghar
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided during booking.
- Failure to complete required documentation.
- Non-payment of applicable booking charges.
- Violation of PG rules or applicable laws.
- Situations affecting resident safety or property operations.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the agreed check-in date and fails to inform PG Ghar in advance, the booking may be treated as a no-show. The reservation may be cancelled and the room reallocated.
7. Modification of Booking
Requests to change check-in date, room type, sharing preference, or duration of stay are subject to availability and approval by PG Ghar. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
8. Security Deposit
Where a refundable security deposit has been collected, its return will be subject to completion of stay, room inspection, settlement of outstanding payments, return of keys/access cards, and compliance with PG rules.
9. Refund After Cancellation
Any refund will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days.
10. Force Majeure
PG Ghar shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, utility failures, technical disruptions, or other force majeure events.
11. Right to Refuse Accommodation
PG Ghar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue accommodation to maintain safety, comply with laws, protect property, or enforce community rules.
12. Changes to This Cancellation Policy
PG Ghar may revise or update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
